How do I order my announcements/invitations?
Simply browse through our web site & when you see a design that you like, send us an e-mail with the design style that you are interested in and any information you will want printed on your announcement/invitation. You can also send us your pictures, but we will contact you for a one-on-one consultation, so that your design is perfect to your specifications!
Can you edit my pictures?
Announce It Graphics can edit your photos to make them as spectacular as possible to enhance the design of your announcement/invitation. We have the ability to change them to black & white or sepia, crop or edit minor unwanted blemishes or backgrounds.
Can I customize the color schemes of the announcement/invitation design?
Yes. We will discuss your layout & color schemes when we receive your photos and do our one-on-one consultation.
What resolution should my photos be?
All photos should be at least 1800 x 1200 pixels, and all scanned photos should be a minimum of 600 dpi. We also have several photo taking tips to ensure you get the desired pictures for your announcement/invitation.
What quality paper will my announcements/invitations be printed on?
All of our announcements/invitations are printed on the highest quality Kodak Professional Endura Matte photo paper.
If I don't see a design or occasion that I want, can you do custom designs to my specifications?
Yes, in most cases any design can be modified to fit any occasion! Announce It Graphics also offers complete customized design layouts for an additional charge.
Can I order envelopes along with my order?
We have several options available; all envelopes are currently custom ordered for an additional charge.
Do any of the announcements require additional postage?
Yes, the US Postal Service requires additional postage for anything that has the same dimensions on all sides (perfectly square), such as our 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" announcements/invitations.
How long will it take to get my announcements/invitations?
We will have a proof for you to review within 2-3 business days. We can make as many reasonable changes to the proof as it requires to meet your standards. After the proof approval, it will be sent to the photo lab. Announcements/invitations are usually shipped within 2-3 business days.
